What This System Is A complete, offline-first Point-of-Sale and business management system for ice cream parlours — built as a single HTML file that runs in any browser, on any device, with zero installation and zero monthly cost.

The system replaces paper-based billing with a digital workflow that covers the entire business cycle — from selecting items on the counter, to tracking raw materials, to reviewing monthly profits. Every data record is stored locally in the browser's IndexedDB so it works without internet.

Login Screen — Role Selection

The app opens with a full-screen login card. The user selects either Admin or Operator role, enters credentials, and the system unlocks the relevant interface. Wrong password shows an inline error — no page reload.

Dashboard / Navigation

Post-login, a gradient header shows the parlour name, live time, notification bell, and logout. A tab navigation bar loads the permitted modules. Operators see Billing + Inventory; Admins see all 7+ modules.

Billing — Creating a Bill

The billing page is split into two panels: left = menu, right = live bill. The operator taps a category tab → sees item cards → taps to add items. Quantity is adjusted with +/− controls. Customer name autofills from history. Payment mode and shift can be selected. Discount and GST auto-calculate the final total.

Billing — Completing & Sharing

"Bill Complete & Print" saves the bill to IndexedDB, increments the bill counter, deducts inventory stock, and opens the print dialog. The WhatsApp button sends a pre-formatted text summary to the customer's number via wa.me.

Two sub-tabs: Stock Inventory and Expenses. Stock cards show current quantity, unit, and a colour-coded status.
